We are currently experiencing issues with triggers in our laboratory. The triggers arrive with codes that were not assigned, sometimes containing unrecognizable symbols, or they arrive out of order, making it difficult or, in some cases, impossible to identify the correct trigger.
We are using the program Presentation, and when we reconfigure it, everything seems to be in order. However, the problem persists intermittently.
Could anyone provide insight into what might be causing this issue and how we can resolve it?
