Hello,
By note of introduction, I have a 14 year old son who is non verbal and has severe autism. He had his first visible epileptic stroke a few days back.
We would like to do an EEG - however he will not allow anybody to put the sensors on his head. We could try it at night when he is calmer, but I have been unable to find any offices that would do an EEG at night. The other option is sedation.
Would there be any other option, other than the headset or sedation to do an EEG?
I would truly appreciate any guidance or suggestions you can provide. We are just trying to find a path forward that would help us.
Thanks for reading through this and for your help,
Doshi
