Hi, we're new to using ActiveTwo. I have a couple questions about cleaning the electrodes and caps.
The manual recommends only using warm water, and only using a gentle soap if warm water doesn't get all the gel off.
Question 1: An experienced user has recommended that we also use hydrogen peroxide as a disinfectant. We are of course not abrading the scalp or anything like that. I'm hoping someone from BioSemi or some experienced users can tell me whether this is necessary.
Question 2: We are planning to use a WaterPik for cleaning the cap, as we don't have sufficient pressure in our sink to quickly remove gel from the cap. Does anyone know of any problems with this plan?
Question 3: I'd also appreciate any general cleaning advice.
Thanks,

Re: Need Advise!!
Since the skin is not abraded, disinfection is generally not needed. When disinfection is preferred (as was the case during the Covid-19 outbreak), then follow the instructions as shown in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-CZx3_tbrYM . Do not use hydrogen peroxide since it may damage the headcap fabric and electrode tips.
We do not have feedback about the use of a waterpik. Please experiment and share the results here.
Best regards, Coen (BioSemi)
