Battery charge

Post by Kath »

Hi,

I have a question about one of our EEG batteries.

I've noticed that when the "less than 20% charge remaining" warning appears in Actiview, the battery then shuts down less than 5 mins later. It used to last for at least another half hour after initially displaying this warning, which was enough time for us to get through the rest of our experiment without having to change the battery half-way through.

Do you know what this means and what I can do about it? I would like to have more warning if the battery is about to run out of charge.

Thank you in advance for any advice,

Kath

You need to renew the cell-packs in the batteries, they have reached the end of their useful service life.

Best regards, Coen (BioSemi)
