Can someone give me a rough idea on how averaging is computed?
I am mainly interested in Avg-Sweep.vi.

Is it possible to change the starting point relative to the trigger? I want to be able to select the starting and ending points of the sweep. That way I can decide when it starts and how long the sweep should be.

Having a rough Idea of how the averaging works, should definitely put me on the right track.

When a selected trigger is detected, the program starts filling the average buffer (green case 1). When the buffer contains all the points for the selected sweep length, a new average results is calculated and plot to screen (green case 4).
