Channel locations

Post by bartur »

Hi,
i'm trying to look for the readiness potentials (slow cortical potentials)in wrist movement data, and have several questions:
1. My data has 64 eeg Ch:32 on A, 32 on B and 6 emg EOG and reference on C and the eeg lab confuses the EEG C's (C1 C2....) with the emg's from the C channel, I tried to change the chanells in the Edit-> channel location but without succssess.
2. I'm not sure how to filter the data? should i use only a low pass filter? say 30 Hz or maybe just 4 Hz. Do I have to adjust anything in order to see DC EEG ? because although it should be a very robust signal i do not see it clearly. I have between 30 and 40 repetitions, in each condition, could it be too small of a sample?
will apreciate any help
Gadi
