Respiration analyses on bdf files

Hi,
I have a question concerning the respiration data we recorded with 2 daisy-chained Biosemi amplifiers on two participants (we only recorded respiration data, exclusively).
We opened these files in Brain Vision Analyzer and EEGLAB. Is there a way to analyse the .bdf data for respiration rate, amplitude, variability, synchronisation?
If not, could we export them in some other format and then analyse these parameters easily?
