Triggers for EEG

Hi Everyone,
Im trying to send triggers from psychopy to active view using the BioSemi USB trigger serial port.
the problem is that every time i run the experiment in psychopy, the triggers are wrong. not all of them, but sometimes, for example, trigger 15 changes to 224 or trigger 116 changes to 192 etc. or sometimes trigger tend to overlap what can I do in this situation?
