Extract list of triggers?

Hi there,
I'm working with new experiment software (OpenSesame: http://osdoc.cogsci.nl/) and want to make sure that it is sending triggers with precise timing.
Ideally I would like to be able to extract a list from the bdf with just the trigger values and the times at which they were received. Does anyone know how I might do this?
