BioSemi ABR polarity compared to clinical ABR systems

Dear BioSemi users,
Our lab has recently started looking at ABRs using a standard 32-electrode BioSemi EEG system. We got a bit confused the polarity of the ABR output at Cz using the EEG system compared to clinical ABR systems. As BioSemi is using the up=positive convention and the location of the CMS/DRL electrode would not affect the referenced signals (viewtopic.php?t=40), does this mean the ABR peaks would appear positive at Cz (as is the standard case of clinical ABR measurements) or are we overlooking something?
Kind regards,
Fred
