Hi.
My lab purchase EEG (64 channels).
So... I did a simple experiment:
a tone (duration: 200msec, 70db, 1KHz) was repeated ~300 times.
Subjects were ask to close their eyes and count the number of tones.
After averaging, I get 2 clear peaks on the earlobes and mastoids: P1=~120msec, P2=~250msec
(mastoid, earlobes, and EOG were measure with PIN electrodes, EX1-EX8)
Thus, its seems wrong to reduce the earlobe or mastoids from the other channels...
any thoughts why I see this response on the earlobes?
BTW, I'm using analyzer 2.0, I tried to take the average of all the electrodes as reference.
Without reducing a "reference" I dont have ERP reponse...
Thanks
