Skin Conductance Analysis

Hello,

I'm having some trouble with the skin conductance (gsr 1&2) channels. When I read the BDFs through EEGLAB and export the raw data, the gsr channels don't look like real skin conductance responses. Rather, plotting the epoched data, they look like sine waves.

I was wondering what the typical procedure for analyzing skin conductance was and if you had any ideas what the problem might be.

Thank you,

Dave

How do the signals look in ActiView during recording ?
How do the signals look in BDFreader (http://www.biosemi.com/download/BDFReader.zip) ?
