Trouble with importing *bdf data into matlab (amplitude wrong)

We have recorded data using your system and I am having trouble importing the data into matlab.
I have tried the import using various softwares (spm12, eeglab, biosig, fieldtrip, and the functions provided on your website).
The problem is that the scale of the data appears to be off and even when I transform it according to one of the scripts on your website (Data/1000*31.25). It does not look like in the bdf viewer from you or on cartool (see plots attached).
Can you help me?
