Modifying .cfg file

Hi,
Is it possible to edit .cfg file, so that saving can be triggered by two different numbers? I've already tried writing the numbers in 2 lines "PauseOff = 207 PauseOff = 47" but it doesn't seem to work (it works only for the first number)
