Actiview Triggers without Stimulus

Hello, I am having an issue where continuous triggers are appearing when I start actiview on channels 9-16 even before I start my stimulus/true trigger presentation code. This only happens on one computer that I use ActiView on even though it is the same download as all the other computers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
