I couldn't find anything about what voltage the Ergoport triggers when configured as trigger. Can I also adjust this value?

Thanks for the information. I have a biosemi with two ergoports and connected two sensors. Sometimes I get a lot of noise (200mv pp) at ergoport 1 but after waiting a few minutes, the noise disapears, while ergoport 2 is working perfectly fine. I used +3v and -2v to power the sensor, and 0v is not connected. Switching the two sensors gives me the same result, aka the problem is not caused by the sensors. I measure between +10 and +200mv.

Oh, and I checked the plug thoroughly and resoldered everything to make sure it's well connected.

Sounds like a missing/floating 0V/Ground. Sensor output should probably be referenced to 0V. Connect the 0V to the sensor Ground/Common. Supply datasheet of sensor.

Sensor messures between .5 volts and 4.5, measuring 0-2 bar. Supply of the sensor is connected between +3v and -2v. Input of Biosemi is connected via a 2k7 resistor to the sensor and via a 5k6 resistor to +3v. There's two ergo ports in the enclosure. Port 2 works fine, port 1 does not.

Did you connect the inverting inputs of the ERGOs (pins 5 and 7) to 0V/Common (pin 2) ?

Yes you should, unconnected inverting inputs could explain the above problems. Inverting inputs to 0V is OK, but in your case is even better to connect the inverting inputs via a 5k6 resistor to +3V, AND via a 3k7 resistor to -2V (better rejection of supply voltage ripple because both inverting and non-inverting inputs reference to the supply rails).

Absolute values can be seen in ActiRead ---> Value (http://www.biosemi.com/download/ToolsFo ... 02-Win.zip), but not in ActiView.

Is there any method to adjust the trigger threshold during runtime?

ActiView is open-source. You can change the LabVIEW code to not read the trigger level from the CFG, but from an added adjuster.
