ABR Electrode Placement on Cochlear Implant wearers

Hello,
I am going to record ABR on cochlear Implant users using the ABR cord from Biosemi.
If somebody already tried to measure ABR on CI users, what was the best electrodes placement to avoid as much as possible interference?
