Hi Coen, I am shipping the bundles today and the package will arrive Amsterdam on Friday. We detected that CPz and T8 electrodes show the problem, but it would be great if you can double check all the electrodes beforehand to make sure. We are open to any suggestions, for instance let us know if the...

defect electrode
Hi Coen, We also had a similar problem yesterday that when we plugged the CPz electrode into its slot all the electrode recordings went crazy, but when it was out of its hole everything was fine. Is this because of the excessive kinking and the electrode is dead? If so, what is the electronics expla...

Using only one DRL/CMS pair for recording two subjects
Hi BioSemi experts, I have (maybe a weird) question: If I run two subjects simultaneously connected to the BioSemi amplifier (two caps with 64 electrodes each connected to the 4 slots, 2 per each subject), can I use one subject to be used as a ground where CMS/DRL electrodes are connected and the ot...

Hi Coen, The version ActiView606 successfully worked to transfer the input button presses back to the USB box, which in turn were recognized by the parallel port input to the experimenting PC (pins 17 and 18). But now we have a minor problem: the other 6 pins (19-24) look like they are also active, ...

Thanks Coen,
Could you please provide me the source code(s) of the 606-Lores.vi ?
If possible could you please let me know at what module you made the changes on the block diagram?
I appreciate your assistance,
BAris

Suspicious about the electrode locations file
Dear all, I think there might be an error in the electrode positions given in the excell sheet on the Biosemi website. FOr instance Cz is 0, 0 (in azimut and latitude )and FCz (which is just anterior to Cz) has the values 23, 90. This is not possible (or am I wrong?). FCz should have values somethin...

I think you didn't really understand my point. When you make a response with the response boxes, you are sending the trigger to USB box via the optic cable, and then to the the ActiViw via USB cable. That is fine. But, how will you be able to make the experimental computer that is connected to the U...

I see. But it was very inconvenient for us not to be informed about the fact that we need a new cable. We ordered a response box from BioSemi and logically we expected the cable to be compatible to send triggers from the USB to the PC. We lost some time to diagnose the source of the problem. We thou...

Standard BioSemi PArallel Port Cable Incompatibility
Dear all, Have you ever tried sending pulses "FROM" the USB2 Box to the PC by using the 32/25 pin standard biosemi parallel port cable? It looks like it is possible to send pulses "TO" USB2 Box FROM the PC, but not vice versa. Because all the output pins are grounded on the PC side. ANy experiences?...
