We have some problems with the electrodes from the sensor set A. When we do the bucket test, the CM in range LED light stays blue (when we try CMS and DRL, also when we try each electrode from the sensor set A. But when we put the electrodes on the headcap, the LED light start flickering. The signal is extremely weird as you can see on the pictures

Most probably an intermittent wire contact (near electrode or near connector). You should be able to find it by wiggling and bending he cable during the water test. Anyway, please sent the set to your BioSemi representative for checking and repair.
