Hello,

Our AD box is having an intermittent problem where the blue light flashes showing 'CM in range' and the data does not show on the screen (the issue appears similar to an electrode problem, but there is no problem with the electrodes when tested with a different AD box).
This problem seems to usually happen after unplugging the electrodes from the AD box and replugging them in. Could you offer any advice or solution to this?

If there is no visible damage to the connector, then a defect AD-box is highly improbable.

Test the AD-box again with another electrode set (with electrodes in water). Test the suspected electrode set in water, flex the cable (especially near the connector) to find intermittent contacts.

Send the defect parts to BioSemi Amsterdam for inspection and repair.
