I have an extra eeg set which when I hook it & press start the following message appears:

Error 5000 occured at No Incoming Data
Possible reason(s):
ADC-box power is off
or
Optical fiber is disconnected

Since I have another set I isolated the problem to the USB receiver:
the USB link light is on when I plug the receiver without the optic cable (which doesn't happen with the working receiver).
When I plug the optic cable the optic link light comes on and the usb link switch off and doesn't light when I start the program.

Is it a hardware problem or maybe different driver?

If it's an old USB-receiver (prior to 2005), then it might need a firmware upgrade to work with an MK2 AD-box, or with the current drivers, see viewtopic.php?f=1&t=777&p=2371

If it is a recent USB-receiver, then it is probably defect.

In both cases, please sent the USB-receiver to us for reprogramming or repair.
