Dear BioSemi,

When I plug my batter into the charger, The green READY light stays on. The Yellow CHARGE light never goes on.
This happens with both of my batteries.

Is that a problem? Also, my batteries both appear to be dead, no matter how long I charge them.

There is certainly something wrong. The batteries are not taking charge anymore (old/damaged internal cells), or the charger is defect. Please contact BioSemi Amsterdam for repair/replacement.
