Thanks,

Hello,
We are having the exact same problem with our new Vista computer - it will not install RECEIVER01. I've already tried downloading the newest version of the USB2 drivers from the website but Vista is not able to find or install it. Any ideas?

In case of AHAAS (who started this thread), the problem was tracked down to an incompatible operating system: he was trying to install on a PC with Vista 64-bit. The current version of our drivers, and the current version of ActiView (compiled with LabVIEW 8.2), are not compatible with Vista 64-bit; current driver and acquisition software only work with 32-bit XP/Vista. A new driver compatible with Vista 64-bit, Vista 32-bit and XP 32-bit is currently under test. In addition, we will soon start testing LabVIEW 8.6 under Vista 64-bit. We hope to release the new driver and new version of ActiView before the end of this year.
