We currently have three biosemi systems (one mk1 and two mk2). I developed a custom software to record realtime EEG from the biosemi following the instructions in this website. The system is working ok on both mk1 and mk2 devices but not with the third mk2 device (which it was purchase recently). I know that there were changes in the hardware going from mk1 to mk2 model. Are there any hardware/driver changes that I should be aware to update the software with the newly shipped biosemi? or is this a hardware problem with this specific device.

All Mk2 systems are the same as far as the acquisition software is concerned. Please test the third system with the standard ActiView software; if there is a problem, it should also show up there.

Check that there is no confusion with speedmodes.

Check that there is no mix up of receivers (Mk1 receivers only work with Mk1 AD-boxes, Mk2 receivers work with both Mk1 and Mk2 AD-boxes)
