Error 5000 and optic-link LED turned off

Hi,
We are experiencing some problems with our equipment. Whenever we try to start gathering data with Actiview707 "Error 5000 occured at No Incoming Data. Possible reason(s): ADC-box power is off or Optical fiber is disconnected " appears. ADC-box has the green light signaling power on, and the cables seems intact. The system was working just fine a few month ago. If I try to start the adquisition, the USB-Link LED blinks twice and then stop. The optical link LED was on, but then I change USB port and change computer and it remains off and didn't turn on again. Plug the USB-Receiver out and in didn't work.
Our operating system is Windows 11 Pro 64-bit, the USB-Receiver version is 5.1, firmware 4.0. Does someone has already face this problem and manage to solve it? Is there a way to know if my optical link is defective?
Thanks,
Bradly
