Error 5000 occured at No Incoming Data

Dear all,

Offently, during data acquisition, I ActiView 5.21 software stop the data acquisition with the following error message:

Error 5000 occured at No Incoming Data
Possible reason(s):
ADC-box power is off
or
Optical fiber is disconnected

The battery green led (power) is on, the acquisition box "power" led and "CM in range" blue led are on continuously.

After closing the error dialog, I just click on the "Start" button to restart the acquisition system, so it doesn't seem that there is a problem with the optical fiber or the ADC-box...

Does anyone have the same error ?

This is a known problem with some USB cards. A firmware update and Windows patch are available on the Biosemi websit, please see viewtopic.php?t=23
