Hello,
When we are recording with single A/D box, ActiView displays the TCP tab as active so that it is possible to tell whether the server is on and when a client is connected. But when we try daisy-chaining with two boxes, TCP tab goes inactive as soon as the start button ıs pressed. We see the signals from Box1 and Box2, but nothing seems to be transmitted from the server. How is it possible to send data via TCP when using the daisy-chain mode?
We use 32 electrodes on each of our two BioSemi Mark II systems:
End Box, mode 0
2nd Box (fiber in and out), mode 1
Sampling rate: 512 (1/4)
Thanks in advance,
Hayrettin

Re: TCP tab in daisy-chaining
Hi,
We just tackled the same issue recently - we can't access the TCP menu once daisy-chained mode is active.
Back in 2009
, you suggested some software workaround for this issue. I wonder where can I get it?
Thanks,
Best,
Ofer Perl

Re: TCP tab in daisy-chaining
There will soon be a new version of ActiView, where the TCP/IP link is replaced by the option of direct access to the ringbuffer from remote computers over the network.
Best regards, Coen (BioSemi)

Re: TCP tab in daisy-chaining
Hi,
We need to access the TCP menu in the daisy-chained mode. When the new version of ActiView will be available or can we get the unreleased ActiView or the beta version that can do this as with your answer to "007" back in 2009?
We are using 2 x MK2 A/D boxes.
Thanks,
M Shehata
