Hi,
When attempting to display incoming data on Actiview 706 I get the following error:
Error 5002 occurred at ActiveTwo Synchronization
Possible reason(s):
Unsupported speedmode (check version of ActiVIEW)
or
Intermittent data loss (check optical fiber)
or
USB driver not properly closed on exit (restart LABVIEW and ActiVIEW)
This happens systematically after about 2 s, and the data is non-sensical.
Actiview 706 is freshly installed on a laptop with Windows 7 64 bit, Labview runtime 8.6. The receiver has the MK2 firmware.
I do not get the error when plugin the system into an older computer running Actiview 6 (Labview runtime 8.0.1, Usb driver 1).
I would appreciate any help. Thanks!
Error 5002

Re: Error 5002
Try other USB cable, try other USB port. Test with AD-box on speedmode 4.
Which speedmode is displayed in ActiView after the error ("about" tabpage) ?
What is the serial number of the AD-box ?
Best regards, Coen (BioSemi)

Re: Error 5002
Thanks! I still have this issue after trying the two other USB ports on the machine, with a new cable.
I also tried the same setup on a Windows 7 32 bit desktop CPU and I am getting the same error.
The AD-box serial number is ADC 12-06-302. It was on speedmode 4 during the test and Actiview indicate speedmode 4 (and mk2) in the about tab.
Cheers,
Nicolas

Re: Error 5002
Please sent AD_box, USB-receiver and optical fiber to AWTC Taiwan for service.
