Desinfecting the headcaps

Dear all,
The biosemi manual specifies you can use hydrogen peroxide for desinfecting the headcap. Since there is quite a lot of variation in solutions we were wondering which we should use and how much is enough for desinfection.
Currently we have a 30% solution in our lab.
