The BioSemi 128-chan layout is not a 10-20 style layout

I'm sorry, maybe my question was unclear.

We have a Biosemi system and are about the publish the results of an experiment in an academic journal. I was wondering if I could have permission to use the image above in our publication as an indicator of the Biosemi electrode layout?
