We are setting up a new Bio-semi system in our lab. We want to use e-prime 3 for stimulus presentation. While testing the BioSemi USB Trigger Interface using functional keys work fine but we are unable to get the trigger automatically using E-prime.

We have made sure to check the port address- which is same in eprime and device manager (see attachment). We want to use task event to send the trigger using a keyboard.

Any leads will be highly appreciated.
