ECG using Flat Active electrodes

Hi there, i am a Phd student. As my research is on emotion, i would like to combine ERP measures with ECG, by using the flat active electrodes of BIOSEMI to measure heart rate.

Are there any suggestions of where exactly i need to place the external electrodes? I would prefer the less invasive option possible (i.e. arms instead of chest).

Many thanks in advance,
Elena Koumi

An option is to measure ECG between the arms, search the web for "Einthoven lead I".
