Hello,
We record skin conductance with GSR electrodes on the palm as well as 64 channel EEG cap. The software we use to analyze EEG data does not work with GSR. Could someone please direct me to easiest way to extract GSR values from our bdf? We use an activetwo AD-box and actiview software for data recording.
Thank you

Re: GSR extraction from bdf file
Use EDF browser (https://www.teuniz.net/edfbrowser/), for scaling see viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1013

Hello,
Thank you for the reply. Does the EDF browser only work for BDF+ files? I am not sure we use those. Are all BDF files also BDF+ files?
Thank you

Also, is there a way to compile bdf files to make Aux1 GSR available or should it always be visible from software such as EEGlab?

Re: GSR extraction from bdf file
BDF is not BDF+, EDF browser reads both, ActiView generates BDF files.
Use one of the standard solutions (https://www.biosemi.com/download.htm), or make your own file reader based on BDF specs (https://www.biosemi.com/faq/file_format.htm).
