Conditions + template problems

Post by Anna Bloem »

Hi,

As an intern I've just started using EEGLAB and I've -so far- encountered two problems. Can anyone help me out??

1. I want to separate a large dataset into 4 different conditions, in which I have again 2 conditions which I want to compare to each other. So I have 1 EEG channel stating whether there was a target or a nontarget switched on, then another channel stating in which of the 4 conditions the participant was in at that moment. How can I separate this?

2. I would like to build a template of my data analysis, rather than performing all analysis steps separately. With a template, I can just enter the right dataset and click 'run', and for every subject the analysis will be exactly the same without the risk of me making errors...

Does anyone know the solution to (one of these) problems?? That would help me a great deal. Thank you very much!!

Regards,
Anna Bloem
