remove offsets in eeglab

Hi,
when importing a bdf file into eeglab only one or two channels are displayed, the others have very high values (some >10000) and are outside of the display range. I assume this is due to the offsets not being removed? Is it feasible to subtract the value of the first sample from the entire recording (separately for each channel) in order to remove offsets? Is there a more "elegant" way?
Thank you so much!
Erik
