Only Record EX1 and EX2

Post by research1234 » Tue Jul 23, 2013 9:52 pm

I am using an ActiveTwo AD-box ADC-12 and I am using it to only record the EKG signal from a participant. Another study is using the same ActiView software to record EEG Data, thus, they need to record 64 channels. For my study, I ONLY need to record the data from two EX cables and the CMS-DRL signal. Is there a way to only record the output from these two cables and to not record the output from the other 32 to 64 channels? I would just like to reduce the file size because I'm not even using the data from the other inputs. Thank you for your help!

Use the "Free Choice" channel selection to just display EX1 and EX2 in the monopolar chart. Then choose the save subset "Monopolar Displayed Channels" in the file dialog. The right sidebar will indicate that you are saving 2+1 channels (EX1, EX2, and trigger/status).

You can save all these settings in a CFG (configuring) file.

Use the "Reducer" tool (http://www.biosemi.com/download/ToolsFo ... Engine861/) to delete unused channels from existing BDF files.
