I am wondering if it would be readily feasible to implement a downsampling feature to the bdf file cropper or reader applications.

A downsampling tool is now available from http://www.biosemi.com/download.htm --> http://www.biosemi.com/download/BDF-to-decimatedBDF.zip

Development of the tool was not much work, mainly a matter of cutting and pasting some existing pieces of LabVIEW diagram.
