Hi, I'm trying to use the TCP Client ActiveTwoClient_4exe

I met a problem when trying to start the TCP Client application with Labview 8.2 Runtime.

Unable to locate the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine.

ActiveTwoClient_4 requires a version 7.1 (or compatible) LabVIEW Run-Time Engine. Please contact the vendor of ActiveTwoClient_4 to correct this problem.

I saw that others experienced the same problem...where can I download the new version of ActiveTwoClient?

The current TCP client is only made available as Virtual Instrument (not as executable) running under LabVIEW 8.2. The client VI is meant as a basis for further LabVIEW developments.

You can run the old client executable with RTE 7.1 (ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/labview/window ... imeEng.exe). However, since the source code of the executable is not accessible, there is not much else you can do with it than check that it works.
