Trigger code not shown

Hello, everyone,

I'm using biosemi to record EEG in my experiment. The triggers were shown at the exact timing but there was no trigger code. They were shown as small lines (cf. image below).

I''m using Presentation to present stimuli and the logfile said that all the stimuli and trigger codes have been correctly sent.

Does anyone have idea about why the trigger codes didn't show ?

About/Configure tab --> Trigger Format (lower left corner) --> Decimal

I can successfully see the port codes in decimal.
