Recoat AgCl flat electrodes

I have a question concerning electrodes maintenance.
We have a number of flat electrodes which are noisy and you can visually observe they have lost a lot of the silver coating. I was wondering if someone has tried to re-coat them as a last resource before throwing them away. If so, how?

The electrodes are sintered AG-AgCl. The electrodes are porous, the visible surface is not a good indicator (there can be sufficient AgCl inside the electrode). Resurface is not possible. Soaking in salt water for 12-24 hours sometimes reduces noise. If not, they have to be replaced.

Thanks for the response Choen.
We'll try soaking them in salt water then.
