DRL calculations

Dear engineer,
The project I am working on requires some research about the DRL. Two questions emerged which I can’t answer. First of all, how to calculate the CMRR of a DRL circuit? And secondly, how can I determine when this circuit is getting instable? An example of this DRL is in de figure below. Could you give me an answer to this by means of calculations with their explanations?
