Error 5000

Hi,

We recently bought a new Active Two Adbox (64 electrodes system) , Serial Number: ADC17-16-1335.

After a recording duration of approx. 10 hours without any problem, we have now a systematic error message 5000 when we try to start the acquisition sotftware.

Some details:
-We tried two battery fully charged
- On the usb receiver, optical link is green, but USB data collection light remains off.
- On the Adbox, the power light is green and the cms/drl blinks.

- We tried two aquisition PC: both on windows Seven 32 bits. Latest drivers installed, .The usb receiver is dysplayed in the windows device manager.
- We also ran the Labview_DLL_SyncTest file, return false, "....aqusition not running, stopping..."


Any help will be welcome.
