Hello,
We have some issue with some of our electrode sets.
We connected CMS/DRL to the AD-box and as the water-bucket test says we placed the electrodes into the water. The 'CMS in Range' lights in blue. If we connect some of our electrodes the lights go out and the AD-box shut down. We have two AD-boxes so we tried it with both and got the same result. Five of our electrodes act like this, 2 of them was bought half a year ago.
What can we do to solve the problem?
Best Regards,
Máté

Flashing blue light indicates broken electrode wires, sent the sets to BioSemi for inspection and repair.
Shut-down of the AD-box indicates electrode gel in the connectors on the AD-box, sent the AD-box to BioSemi for inspection and repair.
Gel in the electrode connectors (connector on the bundle) can be removed by cleaning with distilled water and drying with alcohol (ethanol). AD-box connectors cannot be cleaned reliable, and usually have to be replaced when polluted with gel.
