battery is fully charged but power doesn't reach amplifier

Hi, our lab has a problem with the battery. We have two batteries. But one of them although it is fully charged (the ready LED on the charger is on when connected, and the power LED on the battery is on if we turn it on), the green LED on the amplifier which signals the power is NOT on. We have no idea what is wrong. Can anybody kindly give some suggestion?

Check the blue power connector internally for loose wires.
