We have 64 electrode Biosemi. Which speed mode should we choose?

Speedmode 4, 5 or 6 depending on the maximal sample rate you want to use, see http://www.biosemi.com/faq/adjust_samplerate.htm. Use the "Decimate" option in ActiView to downsample to lower sample rates (or downsample offline with the "Decimater" tool). Observe that the required analog bandwidth is retained.
