We are trying to use a new computer for data acquisition -- we are on the first step, installing the device driver. When I try following the install instructions for Win XP 32 bit (plug in usb device, delete auto-installed driver, manually install the driver), I get this error after having windows browse the directory where I've downloaded the .INF file:
>Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it:
>ms win usb2 driver for biosemi active two
>The system cannot find the file specified.
This happens with fiber optic cable connected or disconnected.
Any advice? Thanks!
Cannot install usb driver
Re: Cannot install usb driver
Turns out that our operating system runs the 64-bit, so I installed that version of the driver, no problem!
