Delay Measurement

Post by BioPrime »

We would like to measure the delay between the event triggers and the stimulus that are show on a projector screen. To accomplish this, we are thinking of using a phototransistor to detect the light intensity that changes on the projector. Can you tell us if we can connect a phototransistor (with some modification) to one of the ADC-06 inputs, and collect the phototransistor output using ActView700?

Can you also provide us the datasheet of ADC-06? Thank you

Regards

The electrode inputs cannot be used to connect a photo diode or transistor, you will have to order the installation of an Ergo input on one of the Aux connectors on the front-panel of the AD-box (EUR 400). The Ergo input can be used for our standard photo sensor (EUR 150, see http://www.biosemi.com/accessoires.htm), or you can choose to make your own light sensor.

A data sheet for the ActiveTwo system is found on http://www.biosemi.com/activetwo_full_specs.htm
