What is the correct charger output voltage for a model CHA-01
with the battery disconnected?

Between 6.8 and 7.0 VDC with the green (ready) light on
Between 7.3 and 7.5 VDC with the yellow (trickle charge) or red (full charge) light on

We do not provide schematics of our products. If the charger does not perform correctly, then please sent it to us for repair or replacement (most probably under warranty).
