Hello,
we have an Active Two 64-channel system and our optic fiber is most probably not working (the optic link led of the receiver does not turn on). I want to check with another optic fiber cable and I wanted to ask if there are certain specifications for this cable to take care of.
thank you

You can use any ST-ST cable, with 62.5/125 um or 50/125 um multimode specification.

Hi,

We seems have the same problem and are looking for optic cable too. Most cables I found is duplex (two heads on each side). Is it a problem? Or could you please point to a specific place for us to get?

Thank you,

There are no technical problems at all with using a duplex version of the optical fiber. In addition, the most duplex cables are easily split into two separate cables (we have actually done this ourselves during supply problems of the single optical fibers).
