Hi,
we are connecting a MK2 Biosemi system to a robotic system through a digital output connector: do we need to send 5 V to each of the 16 pins of the trigger port or it is enough to pilot just one of them?

For a single trigger line, you can just sent 0V and 5V to a single pin on the trigger port
